What's new in SMART Reports

Kitchen extract schematic

Draw the whole extract system on a phone: test points, access panels, fire dampers and areas not cleaned. Each test point gets a plain name, and the drawing prints on the report beside its readings.

TR19 Air reports

TR19 Air inspections and cleans now run in SMART Reports: each system's class and air service, test points with readings and photos, lab results attached before the report goes. Available now.

Damper words and full dates

Damper screens use damper words, and dates read in full.

A booking that did not save now says so

If a booking never reaches the office's records, the site card turns red - "Not saved" - and offers Book this visit, so no clean is silently missed.

Use Last Report

On the next visit the engineer starts from the last report - readings, photos and observations copied in, ready to change.

My jobs on the engineer's phone

Each engineer opens the app to My jobs: today in order, anything the office sent back with its note, and the rest of the week.

Site access card

The site access card shows door codes, tools needed and site notes before signal goes.

The office tidies it before it goes

Correct the engineer's wording or photos in Review, then Send to client. The engineer's original is kept.

Staff week

Every engineer's week side by side. Two jobs overlapping for one engineer show in amber.
