Why Smart Solutions exists.

Edward spent 15+ years inside the kind of organisations that construction and M&E SMEs supply into — Babcock, Atkins Global and specialist consultancies. The same gap kept appearing: businesses winning genuinely good work but haemorrhaging cash, because no one had built any structure around their numbers.

The lesson
