With a career rooted in engineering and problem-solving, my journey began in the Royal Navy’s Submarine Service, where I honed my skills in high-pressure environments, managing electrical, mechanical, and nuclear systems. The military experience instilled in me a deep understanding of operational efficiency, leadership, and the importance of precision in execution.
Transitioning to the civilian sector, I built on these foundations through roles at Atkins Global and Babcock International, where I specialised in engineering management, change management, and business transformation. With over 15 years of experience across defence, nuclear, and infrastructure sectors, I developed a passion for strategic problem-solving and continuous improvement, driving measurable results through structured methodologies like root cause analysis and SMART goal-setting.
