Welcome to our new website, this website is the start of a new chapter for me and my business, my business comes from a realised need to better define, control and deliver on visions from Leadership, Exco and Business Entrepreneurs.

15 years of diverse experience, including 5 years in the Royal Navy and a decade shared between Atkins Global Engineering Consultancy and Babcock International, coupled with a Masters in Engineering Management, I’ve developed a robust skill set in Engineering management, change management, business transformation, leadership development, and root cause analysis problem-solving. I’ve led teams, managed projects, and driven strategic initiatives, always focused on delivering tangible results for other businesses.

This is where I found myself creating a framework for success, tried and tested within Engineering consultancies and contractors.
